The Water Jetting Gun is a hand held water jet tool that uses a high pressure water jet to move broken rock, more particularly in a stoping environment where rock is moved into the scraper path. Alternatively the gun can also be used for sweepings in the stopes.
The Panel Cleaning Tool has a high impact force and is used in a stoping environment to move broken rock down dip into a gully typically over a distance of a 25 to 30 m panel (length of face in conventional South African mines). No cleaning scraper is required when this device is used.
