RETICULATION
PIPE COUPLINGS
| PURPOSE |
To offer an alternative to flanges when high pressure pipes are coupled. The advantages over a flange coupling is cost and time saving when pipes are coupled. |
| FEATURES: |
- Suitable for schedule 40 to160 pipe
- Sizes offered include 50NB, 80NB, 100NB, 150NB, 200NB, 250NB and 300NB
- Two bolt clamps up to 100NB
- Four bolt clamps from 150NB to 300NB
- CSIR Miningtek tested
- Easy and quick to install
- Lighter and smaller than flanges
- All hubs identical (no male or female sides)
- Seal acts as spigot when alligning pipes
- Seal can be re-used many times
- Hub and clamp joint stronger than pipe
- No holes to orientate
