HYDROPOWER CHAINSAWS

PURPOSE
To allow a single person to easily and quickly cut timber “sticks” up to 300mm in diameter to the correct length, at a small angle if desired, in a stoping environment for permanent hanging wall support. The standard timber "stick" size used in South African mines is 200mm diameter. The HPE Chain Saws are available in two version viz: air operated and water operated (hydropower)
